Return & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how our return process works:

🛍️ Returns

Items purchased through our website are eligible for return within seven (7) days of delivery. To be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition and packaging (including tags, boxes, bags, and any branded materials)

  • Free from damage

If your return does not meet these conditions, the item will be returned to you. We do not accept returns on damaged items or items that show signs of wear.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for it to be reviewed and processed.

If approved, you’ll receive store credit via email in the form of a code. This credit will be sent within 10 days of receiving your return and will be valid for 6 months.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. Please email us if you're looking to exchange an item, and we’ll do our best to help.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees. Shipping charges, import duties, and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
